MAKE A LASTING GIFT FOR KENTUCKY
By making a legacy gift, you help ensure that Kentuckys people and places have Kentucky Resources Council on their side, fighting to protect Kentuckys environment long into the future. How to create a Legacy Gift There are many ways to make a legacy gift to KRC.
In your will, consider using the following language:
Unconditional Bequest
I hereby bequeath to Kentucky Resources Council, Inc. a nonprofit organization with EIN # 31-1042931, and mailing address PO Box 1070, Frankfort, KY 40602, the sum of $________ or ________ percentage of my estate. (Choose either to give a dollar amount or a percentage.)
Residue Bequest
I hereby bequeath to Kentucky Resources Council, Inc. a nonprofit organization with EIN # 31-1042931, and mailing address PO Box 1070, Frankfort, KY 40602, after specific bequests have been fulfilled, all of the rest and remainder portions of my estate and property, real and personal.

To bequeath securities in your will, substitute the following information:
